"Critical theory attempts to undermine liberalism and Enlightenment thinking because liberalism has failed to deliver the utopia that revolutionary critical theory activists want. Steady progress is not good enough."
No. Critical theorists are of the persuasion that liberalism does a fine job of undermining itself without any help. In fact, one could argue that that is their great insight.
Some might celebrate, others despair, but those of a Marxist bent would say: "how can we preserve what is best about liberalism, without repeating its mistakes?" It's about thinking dialectically.
It's a shame you take Tara so terribly seriously - their misinformation efforts seem to be quite effective.
The rest of what you wrote suggests you've bought deep into the Pinker/IDW mythos, so all of the above probably counts for nought.
