How are you defining that? If Code Pink claims that NATO expansion has carried apace, despite explicit assurances against such a thing happening (and leading Western foreign policy experts warning against it) - is that "Russian propaganda," despite it being true?

Are we supposed to ignore a verifiable truth because "the baddies" acknowledge it?

I fear here, again, we see a Western liberal escape into an alternative reality, while claiming to be the most rational head in the room.
